Information Usage: We will use the above information to design colors, style, etc.
Proof Approval: Once the design is complete, we will send a proof for approval to the email on this form. A REQUIRED APPROVAL RESPONSE DATE AND TIME will be included to avoid production delays.
Pickup Product Information
Description: Pickup (Take Joy Products) will read "not available for deliver at checkout.
If your order is a pickup product Your order will be prepared for pickup at our location and ready at the time you select at checkout for 'Take Joy'.
Delivery Product Information
Delivery (Bring Joy) Details:
- Included Services: Delivery, Installation, Pickup, and Teardown are included in the price of your order.
- Delivery Times Policy: We require a 3-hour window for delivery and installation, starting from the time you select at checkout. We will text the number on file when we are headed your way. Please ensure all animals are secured and put away. Note: We have team members who are allergic to cats, so please pay special attention to securing them.
- Pickup/Teardown Policy: We require a 2-hour teardown window. Please notate the pickup time on your order form. There is an additional fee for orders needing teardown after 9 pm. We do not conduct pickups after 10:30 pm. If a pickup after 10:30 pm is needed, it will require pickup the next day and will incur an additional fee. Next day pickups needed before 7 am will also incur an additional fee.
